Pogostemon stellatus

Pogostemon stellatus comes from Asia and Australia, and is distinguished by its beautiful shape and color. Stems are 20-60 cm long and up to 10 cm wide.

It is difficult to grow in aquariums. It requires intense light and the addition of CO2 to grow well.

A lack of micronutrients causes the leaves to turn pale, which may indicate that the aquarium needs fertilizer. Even in good conditions, growth sometimes stops suddenly.
