Eleocharis montevidensis

This American Eleocharis has a fresh green color and grows 20 to 40 cm tall. It is quite easy and low-maintenance. It is suitable as a background plant, and can also be planted in the front and center of the aquarium in order to create depth and perspective. The plant spreads via runners, which occasionally need to be trimmed and perhaps planted elsewhere.
