Monosolenium tenerum 1-2-Grow!

Monosolenium tenerum asiatica is an attractive liverwort, 2 to 5 cm tall, that looks more like a giant Riccia that simply stays on the bottom, where it forms cushions.

It is a brittle plant, and the pieces break easily, so it is best to place it in the aquarium attached to rocks with fishing line or in small groups among other plants such as Eleocharis.

Once Monosolenium is established, it is very undemanding. This plant is mistakenly known as Pellia.
