The Hypermax 4500 was carefully designed for both professional use and hobby beginners, with ease of use and intuitive operation in mind, such as the touch panel for controlling water flow.
Proven and patented features of the popular ULTRAMAX filters have been adapted for the Hypermax, such as the spacious 1.5L pre-filter which helps capture more solid impurities and significantly increases maintenance intervals.
The pre-filter can be easily cleaned without the need to disassemble the filter's interior or remove it from the cabinet.

Another problem that aquarists often face is draining the water when the inlet and outlet hoses need to be disconnected to access the inside of the filter.
Hypermax solves this problem with a patented double ball valve system.
By closing the filter's inlet and outlet on the lid, uncontrolled water leakage is prevented, meaning there are no splashes or water loss when the taps are turned on or off.
Preparing the filter for use has never been easier, as the filter is filled with aquarium water in just a few movements of the hardware system.
The OA quael HYPERMAX 4500 offers an impressive storage capacity of 16L.
It also has 2 inlet hoses and 2 outlet hoses, which ensures good water circulation and prevents the formation of dead zones in aquariums with capacities from 200 to 1500 L.
With an operating voltage of 24 V, the Hypermax 4500 offers a high level of safety and automatically shuts off if the rotor is locked. An audible signal and flashing diodes indicate this situation. This is also the case when the rotor is not in the motor compartment.
